Thank you for shopping with HIVE.

All products sold through our website are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) production process. Each item is manufactured specifically after an order has been placed and payment has been approved.

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is approved, the order enters production.

Because our products are made to order, processing and production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.


Production and Fulfillment

Products sold through HIVE are manufactured by third-party production partners.

Most products are produced in Bangladesh and fulfilled through international production and logistics networks.

Production begins only after payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Times

HIVE makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders within 22 business days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is approved.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Production demand;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • International logistics disruptions;
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Destinations

HIVE currently ships to customers in:

  • United States
  • Israel
  • Additional countries where shipping services are available

Availability may vary depending on carrier restrictions and local regulations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping fees are separate from the purchase price of the products.

Applicable shipping charges must be paid at the time of purchase.


Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

HIVE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Missing address details;
  • Incorrect postal codes;
  • Incorrect recipient information;
  • Customer unavailability.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling fees may apply before reshipment.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may not always reflect real-time shipment status.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • VAT;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Other government-imposed charges.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

HIVE has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.


Delays Beyond Our Control

HIVE shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Force majeure events;
  • Natural disasters;
  • War or military operations;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government actions;
  • Customs inspections;
  • Labor strikes;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Carrier service interruptions;
  • Supply chain disruptions.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost during transit, customers should contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.


Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address;
  • Failure to collect the package;
  • Refusal of delivery;
  • Customer unavailability;

the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the package can be reshipped.
