Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At HIVE, all products are made specifically for each customer using a Print-on-Demand (POD) production process.
Because every item is produced individually after an order is placed, our refund and return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through HIVE are manufactured only after an order has been submitted and payment has been approved.
As each item is custom-made for the customer, products cannot be returned to inventory or resold.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation only before production has begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to:
Buyer's Remorse / Wrong Size / Change of Mind
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect size selection;
- Incorrect color selection;
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
- Customer preference or dissatisfaction that is not related to a manufacturing defect.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Clear photographs showing the problem.
Claims should be sent to:
Resolution of Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, HIVE may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product;
- Send a new product at no additional cost;
- Issue a full refund;
- Issue a partial refund;
- Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate.
The selected remedy shall constitute the customer's sole remedy regarding the claim.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, customers must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
HIVE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses;
- Missing address details;
- Refusal to accept delivery;
- Failure to collect a shipment;
- Customer unavailability.
If an order is returned due to any of the above reasons, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are separate from the product price.
Except where required by law or where a refund is granted due to a verified defect, production error, or shipping error attributable to HIVE, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact HIVE before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be challenged using order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and customer communications.
International Orders
HIVE sells products internationally, including to customers located in the United States, Israel, and other countries.
Refund eligibility may vary where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
